Bonus rules:
- The combi bets Betlads define any bet slip who contains two (2) or more events
- Betlads will award customers with 1€ bonus for every 200€ that they place in combi bets within perion of one (1) week
- The one week period starts every Monday end finishes every Sunday
- Betlads credit customer's account corresponding amount every Monday
